However, please note that all dogs that swim within The P.U.P will be at their owner’s own risk. Individual sessions must be paid for in advance. For Package Holders: With every new booking made, a session will be automatically deducted from the system. Any cancellations must be notified beforehand within 48 hours. If there’s no show up or cancellation done 2 hours before your appointment, the system will maintain the auto deduction. All dogs must have their up-to-date vaccinations done and should bring along valid vaccination records. Fun swim program is purely for the dog’s enjoyment and as a form of exercise. The dog’s swim will be supervised by The P.U.P staff or its owner. Life jackets will be provided; however any damage to the jackets, any other equipment, or The P.U.P internal structure may be charged. Staff will not be expected to provide advice during fun swims. The P.U.P reserves the sole discretion to decide on the assignment of staff to supervise the dog’s swim. In the event where the pool water quality is not up to standard, affected clients will be notified immediately and all appointments will be rescheduled. Dogs must be leashed and controlled at all times when at The P.U.P. All personal belongings left unattended will be at the owner’s own risk. All sessions are not transferable and refundable unless otherwise stated and at the management’s discretion. All prices shall be either communicated to you by our staff or as seen on our price-list online. We reserve the right to adjust our prices. Any refunds will be at The P.U.P discretion and a 10% administrative fee will be charged. We reserve the right not to accept any dogs that refuse handling. All fun swim sessions are conducted at a standard period of 40 minutes or at the staff's discretion. Each swim session is conducted according to the 40 mins time period, not by slot time. Sharing of pool space up to 3 dogs is allowed, as long as they are from the same household. We have the right to refuse any services to any person(s) or dog(s). Please arrive at least 5 mins early before your scheduled swim appointment so your dog can start the swim on time. Due to high swim volume on the weekends, latecomers will be penalized on their dogs’ swim time so as not to cause unfairness and inconvenience to the next dog in line. The owner of the dog agrees to fully indemnify The P.U.P from any proceedings, actions, demands, claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, legal costs on an indemnity basis) sustained as a result of (a) the owner of the dog(s) breach of any obligations under this Terms and Conditions; and/or (b) death, injury, loss or damage to persons or property (including caused or contributed by the negligence, act, default or omission of the owner of the dog/the dog handler or owner. During the course of dealing with The P.U.P, The P.U.P will collect, use, disclose and process the dog’s owner(s) or handler’s personal data (“personal data”) for the purposes and in accordance with the terms of this agreement. In view of carrying out the terms of this agreement, The P.U.P may also disclose the personal data to third party service providers, agents and/or other third parties who would be processing these personal data either on The P.U.P behalf or otherwise for the stated purposes of this agreement. This Personal Data is collected for the administration of this agreement as well as marketing and promotional activities related to this agreement and will not be distributed to third parties without the dog owner’s or handler’s consent. By signing on The P.U.P application form, you are hereby consenting to The P.U.P in using your personal data in accordance with this Clause. Please inform (Brittni 208.260.4191) immediately if there is an accident/injury to any person or animal. I will attend to my dog at all times. There is no doggy lifeguard on duty so this is especially important while your dog is in the pool. It is important that you allow your dog to use the bathroom prior to entering the pool and every 15 minutes while swimming. I understand that the staff of The P.U.P is not engaged in the practice of veterinary medicine and is not responsible for determining if my dog is physically healthy enough to handle swimming. I understand and agree that The P.U.P, and its staff will not be held liable for any problems that arise out of my or my dog’s use of The P.U.P facilities and I hereby release them from liability of any kind whatsoever in regards to my dog(s) attendance and participation at The P.U.P. I understand that I am solely and financially responsible for any harm caused by my dogs(s) while utilizing the facilities at The P.U.P. This includes any harm to people and/or other dogs as well as to the physical property of The P.U.P. I understand and agree that any medical problems that develop with my dog during swim times will be treated as deemed and I assume full financial responsibility for any and all expenses involved including injuries caused by my dog(s), upon other dogs or people or damages to the facility. I understand that when multiple dogs (even from the same family) play/swim together, injuries may result from teeth or nails. If my dog is injured and it cannot be determined which dog caused the injury, I am still financially responsible for any medical bills that may be incurred and hold The P.U.P harmless from any liability. I grant The P.U.P permission to take photographs of me and my dog in connection with any of The P.U.P services. I authorize The P.U.P to use and publish those photographs in print and/or electronically with or without my name/pets names for any lawful purpose including such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising and Web and social media content. I agree and understand that there are inherent risks to me and my dog associated with the use of The P.U.P facilities such as dangers while swimming, wet and dirty ground. In consideration for granting me permission to use these facilities, I agree to release The P.U.P from liability arising out of or associated with their use. I certify that I have read and understand this agreement and that the information set forth above is true and correct. I agree to accept all terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement and any rules or regulations of The P.U.P.
