The PUP Play Space
Think of the PUP play space as your dog’s own backyard… just bigger and better.
It’s a fully fenced, private outdoor space you reserve just for you and your dog. No sharing. No surprise visitors. No pressure to “perform.”

Preparing for The P.U.P
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Rabies certificate
Leash
- Towel
Your pup’s favorite toy
- Water Bowl and Water
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A TOY?
We recommend bring a toy for your pup to play with.
CAN MY PUP EAT BEFORE PLAY?
Please do NOT feed your pup for at least 4 hours before your appointment. We recommend not feeding your pup for approximately two hours after.
CAN I PLAY AS WELL?
We apologize, but insurance regulations forbid owners to swim in the pool with their pups. If your pup needs assistance, a staff member will provide in-pool assistance.

Booking The P.U.P
WHAT ARE OTHER DETAILS TO KNOW?
Ranch panel fencing, little pups can fit through them if they try. However, we do have gates and systems in place to prevent.
WHAT'S THE FUTURE?
Yes, we have big future plans and want to know what you thing would be nice for your pups.
HOW MANY PUPS CAN PLAY DURING OUR SESSION?
Standard pricing includes up to 3 pups from the same household.
Additional pups from the same household - $10/pup

WHERE IS THE P.U.P?

WHERE CAN WE PARK?
Parking in the gravel, near the fence. Use gate near gazebo, pups must be on leash entering and exiting.
Weather Conditions
Unless thunder and lightning are in the area all bookings are final. If there is thunder and lightning in the area you will be able to rebook your session. NO REFUNDS
Book the P.U.P
Please be patient with your pup, this can take them some time to get comfortable with the new area and lots of distractions and a new skill set for them. It should be fun!

P.U.P Rules

We happily provide a fun and safe place where owners can feel good about taking their dogs to swim for fitness, recreation, and water exercise.
Please review; you will be required to sign these terms and conditions prior to your first swim.
- All visitors and guests must have a signed waiver on file.
- Please park in designated areas.
- Dogs must be leashed when not on dock or in Play area. No retractable (Flexi) leashes, electric or prong collars at the P.U.P.
- Dogs must be over four months of age.
- No muddy or excessively dirty dogs in the pool.
- Potty dogs before going on dock. Always clean up after your dog. We reserve the right to charge a $200 fee for any dog defecating in the pool.
- No more than 3 people (and trainer) on the dock at one time.
- No human wading or swimming! For their safety, children under age 10 & 48 inches will not be allowed.
- Keep ALL gates closed and chained
- All dogs should be familiar with the exit ramp location before jumping to ensure exiting the pool correctly.
- No forced swimming (no pushing dogs into the water or off the dock).
- We recommend beginners wear life jackets until completely confident in the water.
- ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD ON DOCK.
- Healthy dogs only please! No diarrhea, vomiting, coughing, sores, open wounds, etc.
- Please do not feed your dog within 4 hours of using the pool and 2 hours after swimming.
- Please always watch your dog for signs of exhaustion.
- Payment is due at time of booking.
- Please leave the pool or play area when your rental time is up (40 minutes). Overtime fees may be applied to anyone using the pool longer than their scheduled time.
- Pool and Play area reservations must be made.
- Porta Potty available on site.
- Owners must clean up after their pups.
- Owners are responsible for the actions and behaviors of their dogs (and children) including but not limited to digging, destruction of property, etc.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE POOL AND POOL AREA IS NOT LEFT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU ARRIVED, A CLEANING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
